BION INTERNATIONAL MEETING 2018 aims at promoting free dialogues among analysts from several parts of the world .The chosen topic for this event’s edition is WILD THOUGHTS.

W.R. BION, psychoanalyst freely dialogued in many topics and professional disciplines .

I will take from Dr. Arnaldo Chuster some key expressions as:

kaleidoscope
wild thoughts in order to founding meaning
imagination
 intuitive capacity,
knowledge that is acquired with observation
functioning
but I sincerely hope that it promotes meeting the Bion that may have been hidden up to now.

As representative of the Bion Center that started with a DPPT (development of psychoanalytic practice and thinking)  project awarded by IPA 2005  as member of a psychoanalytic institution , an initiative that brought times of troubles to Maracaibo Venezuela an idea that can be traced by one of the most remembered and celebrated descendants of W.R. Bion: J.Grotstein who in the course of developing psychoanalytic thinking and practice expanded with his contributions the universe of psychoanalysis ; I think this is the idea in the discovering of infinite possibilities of mind to create or to destroy.
As the task is being approached in the field we can ignore this or redefine some topics as : what is the analyst' task? (Morser tells : done )
Bion distinguished between normal and pathological projective identifications , Grotstein redefines the analytic covenant in Chapter 6 page 58 Volume 2 "But At the same time and on another level..."
He also tells us ( contributing thoughts without wisdom ) that time will tell with regard the American experience and the London colleagues who with exception of Tustin who emerged as an ambivalent to Bion, her analyst , few had emerged as remarkable patients. Page 33 "A Beam of intense darkness ".
All those contributions were done to beam binocular perspective and to add at least two points of view to every angle of view.
Times of trouble were also referred to in Annie Reiner's Of things invisible ..." who refers to a gracious experience with Grotstein to whom she presents months before his death Ferenczi's idea of astra he was intensively interested with his legendary curiosity (morse : reductive comments limiting my course).
This curiosity of G is particular interesting in his challenging London's psychoanalyst in page 33 Beam Book and the future outcome on this competition to exist despite the field. ( morse: be Penelope )

Grotstein soars : THROUGH ADVERSITY TO THE STARS ( very beloved task  of analysts common with NASA) in But at the same time ...page 37" per aspera ad astra" the motto of the Royal Air Force ; in other words when Annie Reiner presented Ferenczi's astra G did not make use of Johnny Walker to wake up .He was in his ground : ready to fight back some month before his passing

"BUT: "During the times of the troubles " in Los Angeles , when the Los Angeles Psychoanalytic Society and the American Psychoanalytic Association SOUGHT TO EXPEL the Kleinians ( I was one ) senior Kleinian analysts here and abroad we're prevailed upon to write letters in protest . Bion's response was unique . His letter merely stated :" Doctors should not advertise [very Bionian] page 32 "A Beam....
Bion also disliked very much some responses on his INTERPRETATIONS  once Grotstein replied :" I understand ! Bion reacted very annoyed and exclaimed : Why don't you say 'overstand' or ' circumstand'? ( morse : tv) Similarity to Grotstein's following another interpretation said : " I follow you " Bion responded " YES I WAS AFRAID OF THAT!".page 32 A Beam....

The  answer lies within the unconscious ( page 11 A Beam...)
This is no longer truthful in the practice and meaning observed ( see Chuster) in the kaleidoscope of what are not wild thoughts nor imagination but with some intuitive capacity and knowledge deriving from the experience  acquired with observation I feel free to state that in the functioning in the field the "unconscious " expresses his or her dreams , wishes and aims. And does all the needed to get her his aims on her or his level .Just observe the outcome .
This view lead Grotstein to formulate a technique for the field BUT he had not considered the psychoanalysts wishes needs aspirations and aims that are also as formally trained and graduated psychoanalyst also beyond 'mothering 'adding value as north.
