Bion at the IPA congress 2017 in Buenos Aires?

Pedro Gil is inviting this month , June 2017 by means  @ipaonline to the 2017's IPA congress ; alluding to Bion's concept of Language of Achievement to the high diversity of selected works that only IPA can "offer".

Let's see what Bion means with Language of achievement :" Bion (1970) , exhorts the analyst to "abandon memory and desire" so as to be conversant with the "Language of achievement " ( the empty language dedicated for emotional revelation through intuition ) With dreaming as an observational technique (perception) uniquely qualified to apprehend emotional qualities in oneself and the other "

I will feel free to comment that this conception of Language of achievement is very contrasting to the practice observed  in the defined field of psychoanalytic labor ( see former definition at IPA webpage.)

What I observe is a topic I think has to be presented at the business meeting as to take steps to protect and establish rules from eager ones who seem to work with a lot of memory and desire .

1- the desire the other -should undergo Transformations in O ,
Its difficult to imagine what is the meaning of this putting the other into Transformation in O, putting aside principles as without memory and desire .

2- I have observed that what is " forbidden " is done by the new patients in the field who have no institutional control and can freely act out, ( and do so as to pressure) assisted by the eager ones (see experience not approach by IPA institutions).

So what means putting the other into transformation in O? I observe the need to ask prosecutors and to take legal steps as to control such eager initiatives that are pure tropism ( concept introduced by Bion to define mortal attacks to the other in creative parasite relationships , USURPATING )  : is this Tabu or can it be treated at IPA congresses?

Dr. James Grotstein defines in "A beam of intense darkness" the concept of Übermensch , in my reading certain attitudes in the interrelation in the so called psychoanalytic field , in my appreciation  this has to do with ghosts projected into ever the same victim based on historical experiences for ever into the same object: a formally trained analyst whom to attack , family members  attacked what makes containment tragic ( see "furies left" in Grotstein's comment) to destroy and to depredate from her material  belongings . No responsibility is taken for the destroyed : the response of the patient in the field  is not "slime" due to revalry but negative hateful and aggressive .
Corrections are done in the sense that someone wants ( desire) someone "onto". Without defining the morse corrector meaning "onto" and on which background ;but acting out tropism . Message > "there are no differences I do the right thing > you not! This has a name : Narcissism .

Remark: Elizabeth de Bianchedi claimed in her days that there were no authorities to consult after Bion's passing, today the psychoanalytic community worldwide ( only worldwide can offer ) experience and learning that makes it unnecessary to mistreat others to expose others to tropism by experimenting without experience what others can share in experience .This does not happen , IPA is not pioneer exclusive in what matters W.R.Bion.
